HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE

When you set up ongoing housekeeping, we’ll continue with our Standard Cleaning list, and you may request a Deep house Clean or optional items whenever you wish.

If you are considering weekly, bi-weekly or monthly house cleaning, we highly recommend getting the Deep house cleaning package first, then reverting to our recurring Standard house cleaning services for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly house cleaning. 

Unless you urself or you have had ongoing cleaning services already that was especially thorough housekeeper, we recommend that your first booking to be a deep house clean. 

Whole house clean

• Vacuum clean carpets and rugs
• Mop floors clean
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces
• Dust off doors, picture rail molding and tops of baseboards
• Vacuum clean upholstery where needed and remove pet hair
• Clean light switches and doorknobs
• Clean mirrors
• Empty trash and recycling

-Bedroom

• Make beds
• Change linen if fresh clean linenis left on a bed
• Dust all areas clean
• Empty trash cans
• Clean closet area vacuum or sweep/mop

-Dining Area

• Dust all areas
• Wipe clean the table and chairs
• Vacuum clean any rugs

-Living room and Family room cleaning

• Dust all areas clean
• Clean sliding patio door
• Wipe clean couches or vacuum

-Kitchen cleaning

• Wipe clean cabinets exterior, countertops, appliances
• Clean microwave exterior and interior
• Scrub clean countertops and sinks
• Clean sink, fixtures.
• Polish stainless steel appliances
• Empty trash cans
• Clean kitchen window inside only

-Bathroom cleaning

• Scrub clean toilet and disinfect with natural cleaning products
• Scrub clean sink
• Clean tub and shower, wash tile, clean glass enclosures
• Clean fixtures.
• Clean light fixtures
• Wipe clean cabinet exteriors as needed
• Clean counters with natural purpose cleaning
• Fold/hang towels on the bathroom
• Clean mirrors with a natural cleaning product
• Empty trash cans

Our deep house cleaning package is a much deeper level of  house cleaning service compared to our standard cleaning service package. It is designed to get your home cleaned from top to bottom and cleaned inside and out of everything. It is ideal as an occasional housekeeping method to keep things perfect. 

Our deep house cleaning packages typically take around 2 to 10+ hour(s) to complete depending on the size and condition of your home, We work in teams of 2 to make the process as quick as possible. As described in this package, gets detailed attention. Deep cleaning takes extra time, but you will see and feel the results.  -Whole-house

• Wash and clean baseboards
• Clean windows inside only (If can be reached by 2 step stool)
• Clean windows blinds
• Wipe down furniture
• Vacuum/dust/clean blinds
• Vacuum upholstery and under cushions
• Brush off lampshades/wipe lamp bases
• A dusting of light fixtures
• Dust fans, heat/ac vents (If can be reached by 2 step stool)
• Remove cobwebs
• Dust clean all doors both sides
• Floors will be vacuumed and moped

-Kitchen

• Clean microwave interior
• Clean the refrigerator and freezer (Food must be removed)
• Clean and degrease oven and under-stovetop
• Scrub clean countertops and backsplash
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Wipe clean cabinets inside and out (inside will not be clean if there are dishes)

-Bathroom

• Remove mildew, soap scum and mineral deposits
• Wipe clean trashcans
• Wipe clean cabinet inside and out (Inside will not be done if there are items in it)
• Clean inside the medicine cabinet
